Happy New Year Everyone! 
 
Thanks to you, 2005 was a wonderful year for Ali's Sweet 
Treats. We hope to make this year even better, offering 
even more delicious & beautiful cookies and gifts!  
 
Some of the new treats we look forward to introducing this 
year include: 
 
* Gourmet Cookies - Traditional cookie fare; mouth-watering 
chocolate chip and soft, chewy oatmeal. 
Not-so-traditional cookies created by Ali's Sweet Treats; 
crazy monkey bites, choco-cherry bombs and Rock my Road.  
 
We will also feature our new exclusive gift boxes 
with matching tissue & ribbon for fun and easy gift-giving. 
 
* Begining in February we will also have many new mini and 
teensie decorated cookies. Our new clear favor boxes tied 
with organza bows and filled with our adorable teensie 
cookies will make fantastic favors for any bridal shower, 
baby shower, wedding or birthday. Some of the new teensie 
cookies we will be offering will be wedding cakes, wedding 
rings, hearts and much more. 
 
* Summer 2006 - Decorated Cookie Trees. Fabulous ornament 
trees decorated with Ali's Sweet Treats ornament cookie 
favors. Your guests will not believe their eyes!

for our white cookie trees for weddings/parties in late 
2006. We are renting out our Cookie Trees Nationwide!

**EASY AND QUICK PARTY DESSERT RECIPES 
 
FRENCH ECLAIR CASSEROLE 
 
1 box if Honey Graham Crackers  
2 boxes of French Vanilla pudding (Instant)  
2 Cups of Milk  
12oz. of Cool Whip  
1 Can of Chocolate Fudge Cake Frosting 
 
1. In a 9x13 casserole pan place a layer of crackers (I 
leave mine whole).  
2. Mix Pudding and milk  
3. After mixed fold in the Cool Whip.  
3. Place 1/2 of the cool whip mixture over the first layer 
of crackers.  
4. Place another layer of crackers and then spread the 
remaining cool whip mixture.  
5. Now place your last layer of crackers.  
6. Melt frosting in microwave for 1 min.  
7. Pour over the top until completely covered.  
8. cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

CARAMEL APPLE DIP 
 
1 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 
1/2 container Caramel Apple Dip 
1 Heath Bar (or 6 miniature) (chopped) 
3-4 Granny Smith Apples or Pretzels  
 
1. Layer cream cheese, caramel and heath bars.  
2. Dip with apples or pretzels!

BOBBY CAKE 
 
1 box of Devils Food Cake 
1 carton (15 oz) of Whipping Cream 
1 package of mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels 
½ cup of sugar 
 
1. Follow the directions on Devils food cake recipe to bake 
the cake, but use a bundt cake pan. 
2. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut the cake into 3 
layers and put aside. 
3. With an electric mixer, beat the whipping cream until it 
is almost light and fluffy. 
4. Add the sugar and continue whipping until light and 
fluffy. Add additional sugar to taste. 
5. Fold in the package of chocolate chips to the whipping 
cream. 
6. Take the bottom layer of the cake and add 1/3 of the 
whipping cream as the filling.  
7. Continue, repeating with all the layers.  
8. Use the remainder of the whipping cream to frost the 
outside of the entire cake.
