Nationwide Shipping

• We ship all of our treats nationwide!
• You may order weeks or months in advance, we will bake and have your order delivered on the day you specify.
• If you need your order to leave our facility in less than 5 business days, rush delivery is sometimes available, please contact us for details. Rush fee of $20.00 may apply.
• Please look at our UPS Ground Map above to estimate when you would receive your package after it has left our facility if you choose UPS Ground when you checkout.
• UPS Ground Rates start at $9.50 and up. 
• All Cookie Samples ship USPS First Class Mail. Cookie Samples have their own separate shipping option, flat rate of $3.50.
• An incorrect shipping address will result in a $10.00 address correction fee. Please check your order confirmation carefully and notify us of any address changes immediately.
• When ordering, please let us know the date you need your order to arrive so that we can ship your order accordingly.   

International Shipping

• We are now shipping internationally!
• All international orders require atleast 3 weeks lead time.
• Please E-mail orders@alissweettreats.com to place your order & to get shipping rates.
• International orders can not be placed online at this time. Thank you for your understanding. 

Local Delivery

• Local orders are delivered from 8am to 6pm- Monday through Friday
• We will try our best to have your order delivered to you when it is most convenient for you or your recipient.
• Local deliveries are made either by us or a realiable courier company based in Miami, Florida.
• Please contact us for exact rates & for deliveries outside of Miami-Dade
  
• We may be able to deliver your order locally in less than 5 business days, please contact us for rush ordering.
• If no one is available to receive the package, we will re-schedule the delivery and you will need to pay for a re-delivery fee
