Local orders are delivered from 8am to 6pm- Monday through Friday
We will try our best to have your order delivered to you when it is most convenient for you or your recipient.
Local deliveries are made either by us or a realiable courier company based in Miami, Florida.

Your order can be delivered anytime after 5 business days after you place your order (not counting the day you placed the order) Example: If you place your order on Monday, we can have your order delivered the following Monday. (Orders of 100+ cookies will have longer lead time)
We may be able to deliver your order locally in less than 5 business days, please contact us for rush ordering.
If no one is available to receive the package, we will re-schedule the delivery and you will need to pay for a re-delivery fee (depending on what the courier charges us to bring it back to our location and re-deliver at a later time)
Nationwide Shipping
We ship all of our treats nationwide!
You may order weeks or months in advance, we will bake and have your order delivered on the day you specify.
If you need your order to leave our facility in less than 5 business days, rush delivery is sometimes available, please contact us for details. Rush fee of $20.00 will apply.
We ship all orders using USPS (for samples only) or UPS.
Please look at our UPS Ground Map above to estimate when you would receive your package after it has left our facility if you choose UPS Ground when you checkout.
UPS Ground Rates start at $8.50 and up.
All Cookie Samples ship USPS Priority Mail. Cookie Samples have their own separate shipping option, flat rate of $4.85.
An incorrect shipping address will result in a $10.00 address correction fee. Please check your order confirmation carefully and notify us of any address changes immediately.
When ordering, please let us know the exact date you need your order to arrive or event date so that we can ship your order accordingly.

All international orders require atleast 3 weeks lead time.
