Dear Andrea,
Life has been unfolding at such a fast pace as my son's wedding day
approaches that I've had little time to savor the precious moments of
each event before I'm focused on what's next. One thing that keeps
coming to mind though, was the extraordinary "above and beyond" effort
you put in to backing up your commitment to deliver on time. Every
company, large and small, has encountered situations where they have
made a commitment and then because of unforeseen circumstances, been
able to follow through and meet a deadline. This would have been the
case with my cookie order for my son's shower had you not taken personal
responsibility. You may not have gone to the "ends of the earth" to
deliver, but getting up at the crack of dawn for a 2 hour drive through
early morning highway traffic and construction on 95 to deliver my
cookies was truly exceptional. The cookies were the highlight of the
shower, not only were they beautiful and fresh, but the story behind
them is one we'll surely treasure!
You have demonstrated a standard of excellence that epitomizes Customer
